Investment phase
Our focus is on businesses that are mature and profitable. In this space we know how to add value and create growth. We strive to acquire a controlling stake.
Our capital can also be used to accelerate sustainable growth, for example to increase the online marketing budget to drive conversion and sales or to do acquisitions.
We don’t invest in start-ups, as this requires different expertise. We also don’t invest in the distressed segment, where industries are in decline or where companies operate in difficult circumstances.
